Win or Lose no Fee (No win no fee) - what does this mean to you?
Unless your claim is fraudulent or you fail to comply with reasonable requests from your solicitor you will have to pay nothing to pursue your claim AND we put this in writing.
We don’t just operate a “No Win – No fee” claim compensation services, (which sometimes means: if you win we will take a fee!) we operate a “WIN OR LOSE – NO FEE” claim compensation service. In simple terms this means that whether your claim is successful or not you will not have to pay any fees of any kind, insurances or disbursements.
Example: If the solicitor does not pursue your case, for example it doesn’t meet the minimum claim threshold of £1,000 we do not receive any fee and we do not come back to you for any payment, nor will the solicitor. It truly is Win or Lose - No Fee.
How does Sapphire Claims Management Ltd get paid?
At the consultation we will give you full and transparent details of how we get paid, it is also outlined in our FAQs and our guide to "Making a Personal Injury Claim"? . Simply we have a fixed charge that is paid by the solicitor to whom we refer your case. This amount is not recharged to you. You will be given a written notice stating which solicitor will be dealing with your case and exactly how much we receive
