Sapphire Procedures & Criminal Statements (Formally the “Local Procedures Course”)
Content will include Sapphire Claims Management Ltd in-depth procedures in regards to Personal Injury Claims. It will include court procedures; full understanding of CFAs; extras such as Police witness & victim statement taking, and an Introduction to PEACE & ADVOCATE (R v Turnbull (1977)).
This is a 2 day course at the Holiday Inn in Nottingham on the 21st & 22nd September 2009. The cost is £350 (inc.VAT) which includes an overnight stay with evening meal at the hotel restaurant; and refreshments and lunch on both days. Places are limited and are on a first come first serve basis.
