What is Berylliosis or Chronic Beryllium Disease?
Berylliosis or Chronic Beryllium Disease is a chronic allergic-type lung response and chronic lung disease caused by exposure to beryllium and its compounds. Chronic Beryllium Disease (Berylliosis) is incurable but symptoms can be treated.
Chronic Beryllium Disease (Berylliosis) continues to occur in industries where beryllium is manufactured and processed and workers are exposed to beryllium fumes or dust.
What should I do if I am suffering from an Industrial Lung Disease such as Berylliosis?
