What should I do if I’m injured in an accident at work?
Many people are injured at work and never report it. Report the accident, get it entered into the ‘accident at work’ book, make sure that you get treatment, who is your first-aider? Should you go to hospital? Go to your GP. If a doctor says your injury is related to your work then you could be eligible to claim.
Remember if you don't claim, don't fill in the accident book, then no one knows the accident occurred until it happens again!
