    What claims do you handle?

Any non-fault incident that has occurred within the last 3 years, giving rise to an injury as a result of a non-fault accident. These could include road traffic accidents or collisions (RTA/RTC), accidents at work, or a slip, trip or fall.

Or any Industrial Disease or Industrial Illness arising from passed or present occupation which has been diagnosed within the last 3 years.

    Am I eligible to claim?

Each claim must be assessed on its own merits, however if you have been injured in an accident within the last 3 years and it was not your fault then you are most likely eligible to claim.

Please see the relevant page for further information: Accident at Work; Accident Claims; Personal Injury Claims; Industrial Disease; Road Traffic Accident.

What Industrial Illnesses / Diseases are eligible?

If you have suffered from a disease or illness that is associated with your present or passed work and it was diagnosed within the last 3 years you may have a justifiable claim for compensation.

Each case is assessed individually and we only use solicitors who specialise in Industrial Injury claims. If you would like a FREE no obligation consultation then give us a call on 0800 197 0301 or contact us using our online claims form.

Examples are: Vibration White Finger, Asbestosis, Occupational Deafness, COPD (Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease), Caplan’s syndrome, Farmers lung (extrinsic allergic alveolitis), Dust disease (pneumoconosis) etc.

Please note this is not an exhaustive list. See Industrial Disease Claims for further information.

    Where are your services available?

Our service is available throughout England, Wales & Scotland; due to a different legal system is not possible for us to cover claims in the Republic of Ireland or Ireland.

At present our service is limited to the above areas. However due to extensive knowledge & contacts within the industry we can probably cover any personal injury originating anywhere in the world. Why not contact us to see if we can help.

How much could my claim be worth?

Our ethos is simple – “Do not mislead, give the solicitor the best information to enable them to get you the best compensation”.

    See our Claims Calculator.

    Who pays you?

We have a fixed charge that is paid by the solicitor to whom we refer your case. This amount is not recharged to you. You will be given a written notice stating which solicitor will be dealing with your case and exactly how much we receive.

If the solicitor does not pursue your case, for example it doesn’t meet the minimum claim threshold of £1,000.00, we do not receive any fee and we do not come back to you for any payment, nor will the solicitor.

    Why should we use you?

We will come and see you, you do not have to travel. We complete all necessary forms, questionnaires, take relevant photographs, check with witnesses, if an RTA (now known as an RTC) we attend the scene, take photos, do sketch plans etc. But more – you will be given the personal phone number of your claims manager who will assist you with aspects of your claim up to completion. We do not take your details and run. We care about customer service. Any extra advice and assistance is free – we will not charge you.

Sapphire Claims Management Ltd has the expertise to guide you through the stages of a claims process. We will complete the paperwork and our panel of solicitors have been especially chosen for their experience and success within the personal injury claims field.

    Who pays the solicitor?

How the solicitor covers their costs and make a profit will be fully explained. In essence it will be paid by the other side. You will pay nothing unless the claim is fraudulent or you refuse to attend a medical, if required, or fail to assist the solicitor with information.

If I have to go for a medical who pays?

This will be paid for by the solicitor and claimed back from the ‘other side’ as a disbursement. It does not come from any compensation nor do you have to pay.*

*This excludes Medical Negligence & Malpractice Claims (only), these are not subject to our Win or Lose No Fee guarantee. Tthis area can be subject to some up front costs; however we will evaluate your claim for FREE & let you know if it is worth you pursuing.

    What is a disbursement?

During the course of your claim the solicitor will pay out certain expenses e.g. for a medical report. This is a disbursement which will be paid by the ‘other side’.

How much do you take out of any compensation?

Neither we nor the solicitor will take anything at all from any compensation; you get 100% of any compensation awarded. You will not pay anything.

Do I really receive 100% of the Award?

Yes. At the consultation we will give you full and transparent details of how we get paid. We assure you that you will not have to pay anything whether your claim is successful or not.

What if there is a shortfall between the costs of the solicitor and the amount they get from the ‘other side’?

If that is the case the solicitor lives with it, you will not have to make up any shortfall nor will it be taken from your compensation.

Do I have to pay for any insurance?

No, you pay nothing. If there is a need for an after the event insurance (known as ATE insurance) this will be paid for by the solicitor and reclaimed from the ‘other side’ as a disbursement. It will not be charged to you nor will it affect your compensation.

    What solicitors do you use?

We satisfy ourselves that all the solicitors we use are experts at Personal Injury claims. They also satisfy themselves that we give an excellent service. Your solicitor will be chosen in relation to your claim, we ensure that your claim goes to the best solicitor. Believe it or not we do not go to the one who gives us more – we get the same from them all!

What if I lose the case, do I have to pay anything?

No, there are no fees for you to pay either to the solicitor or us.

Do I pay if I make a Fraudulent Claim?

The only times you will get a bill is if the claim is fraudulent or you fail to comply with our solicitors reasonable requests in pursuing your claim.

Are you registered under the Government Registration scheme?
